In the Sustainability Portal you will be to click contact support in the left-hand menu
The contact support link contains the primary contact of an organisation.
- Aircraft operators will contact their authority.
- Competent authorities will contact EASA
Issues reporting
To help us investigate quickly, please include as much detail as possible:
Timing: Exact date, time, and time zone.
Location: The specific web address (URL) and a full-screen screenshot (avoid cropping).
The Issue: The error message text and the specific steps to reproduce the problem.
System: Your browser and operating system.
Files: If the error happened during an upload, attach the relevant dataset.
User Context: If you were impersonating another user in the training environment, provide both the original and impersonated account names.
