Using the training environment of the Sustainability Portal

EASA has created a training environment of the portal for Competent Authorities and Aircraft operators.

This environment can be used to get familiar with certain functionality which might not be enabled in the live environment. For example, the data reporting feature(Article 8) will always be enabled even though the data reporting period is closed (January to March).

How do you access the training environment?

• Login into the live environment https://sustainabilityportal.easa.europa.eu/
• Click on your name on the top-right
• Click on the button
• Now you will be automatically logged in to the training environment

Please note:

• New users created in the live environment do not automatically gain access to the training environment. User data from the live environment is synchronized to the training environment when new functionality is introduced. This synchronization:
  • Occurs on an irregular basis

  • Is tied to the release of new features or updates

• Any content submitted(data reports, exemptions, ...) on the training environment might be overwritten by the content of the live environment.
