For Aircraft Operators
 
How to submit a SAF Access difficulty
 
Follow the steps below
  • Click 'SAF access difficulties' in the top menu
  • Click 'SAF access difficulty'
  • Fill in the form
    • Departure Union Airport (auto complete) (required)
    • Flight date (optional)
    • Clarification of the SAF access difficulty (text) (required)
    • Supporting documents (file upload) (required)
  • Click 'Save draft'
  • Review the details you provided
  • Click 'Submit'
 
Please note: 
You will receive a notification only when there's an update on the respective airport, in this case, if the airport's status of fulfilling its obligation has changed. You will not receive a notification on your specific SAF access difficulty
 
For Competent Authorities
 
How to update a union airport and indicate if its fulfilling its obligations
 
You will be notified every time an Aircraft Operator submits a SAF access difficulty.
Based on the information received you can decide if an airport is fulfilling its obligation yes or no. 
Additional if you need more information on the SAF access difficulty you can use the 'request more information' button.
 
Follow the steps below to update a union airport:
 
  • Click 'Airports' in the top menu
  • Click on the relevant union airport page 
  • Click 'edit details'
  • Fill in the form
    • Fulfilling its obligations (Art 6 RFEUA)' (required) (choice: Yes or No)
    • Fulfilling its obligations, feedback (optional) (text)
    • Decision document (optional) (file upload)
  • Click 'Save'
