Block user: Revoke access for a user

To manage access to the system for an existing user, you can use the “block”  or "unblock" action.

When blocking a user, the user will no longer be able to access the application.

Blocked users no longer occupy a seat, and will allow you to add a new member to the organization.

You can revert this action by selecting “unblock”.

Replacing a user: Block and invite

To replace a user with a new one, you should first block the existing user, as indicated above, and then invite the new user.

Only for EASA: Cancel account: Permanent deletion

This action is similar to blocking an account, but can NOT be reverted: the account will be deleted, while when blocking an account, the account is only deactivated.
