Disclaimer: The scope of this reporting covers hydrogen or electricity provision for propulsion of aircraft. It does not cover the infrastructure for electricity supply for stationary (conventional) aircraft in airports (e.g. APUs)
How to report in the Sustainability Portal?
- Click on 'Airports' in the top menu
- Select the respective airport
- Upload of 2 files
- Note: In case there is nothing to report, please don't upload any files

- Deployment plans: Deployment plans for recharging and refuelling infrastructure and services where such plans are adopted.

Template Art 7(3): Download template Art 7(3) and fill in with projections on the volumes and type of hydrogen and electricity production and supply to aircraft operators at the Union airport.
- For the type of hydrogen, please specify if the hydrogen was produced using renewable energy (green hydrogen)
- For type electricity, please specify if its renewable or not. If its renewable, please indicate the percentage and source (only if known, such as hydropower, wind, solar etc. ).
- Once the files are uploaded the reporting is done. The form does not offer a submit or save button.
- Notifications will be send to DG Move and EASA

Promoting hydrogen and electricity supply at the Union airports
3. By 31 March 2025, and every two years thereafter, Union airport managing bodies shall report to the competent authorities and the Agency on the state of advancement of existing projects, for their respective Union airport, that pursue any of the initiatives referred to in paragraph 2. That report shall include information, which is publicly available or which can be made public, including, where appropriate, projections on the volumes and type of hydrogen and electricity production and supply to aircraft operators at the Union airport as well as deployment plans for recharging and refuelling infrastructure and services where such plans are adopted.
