First time logging into the Sustainability Portal

To get access to the Sustainability portal, you should have received an inivitation e-mail from the EASA Sustainability Platform. The first time logging in, you will need to complete some steps to set up and configure your account.

1. Set up and configure your account

1. Click on the link in the invitation e-mail from EASA.
You should have received an invitation email from EASA Sustainability Portal (from no-reply@easa.europa.eu). It is important to note that the link expires in 3 days. 
(You can request a new link via the 'Forgot password?' functionality. This functionality is available when you click on 'Login to EASA Sustainability Portal' on the portal's homepage.)

2. Setup the password for your account

Provide a strong and unique password for your account.

3. Configure Authenticator app

As part of our commitment to secure access to the portal and its data, Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) is required.

The portal will present you with a QR code. Scan the QR code with an Authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator. The authenticator app will show show a short-lived code that you can enter as a one-time code.

4. IMPORTANT: Store the recovery code you receive safely. This code will allow you to access your account in case you lose or replace your device.

You can then hit “Back to EASA Sustainability Portal”, which will send you back to the login page of the Sustainability Portal (This will send you to the login page of the Sustainability Portal (https://sustainabilityportal.easa.europa.eu/)

 

2. Log in to the Sustainability Portal

 

Log-in to the portal by providing your credentials and passing the multi-factor authentication process

 

3. Provide personal details for your account

You can verify your personal details by filling in the form below.

Click “Save personal details”, you will land on your organisation's homepage.

 

Congratulations! Your account has been setup! The next time, you will only have to Log-in to the portal
