If this is your first time logging in on the Sustainability Portal, please refer to First time logging into the Sustainability Portal.
The first time you're loggin in, you will need to set up Multi-Factor authentication for your account, using an authenticator app of your choice.
If you've already logged-in before you've already set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your account, and have configured your authenticator app to support your account.
Tip: If you can't remember which authenticator app you have used in this process, we recommend setting up Google Authenticator, so check your device to see if you installed the app and can find your account in it.
Logging in using the authenticator app :
1. Enter Your Username and Password
Navigate to the login page of the portal and enter your credentials as you would do for any other application or website.
2. Form to provide your MFA Code
Once you've entered your credentials successfully, the site will present a second form which asks you to provide the authentication code from your authenticator app. This is where the MFA step begins.
3. Open Your Authenticator App
Open the authenticator app on your phone (we recommend Google Authenticator, but there are other apps like, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy,...).
When you open the app, it will show a 6-digit code next to the account you’ve set up when logging in the first time. This code changes every couple of seconds, so make sure that you have enough time to insert it in the form before the timer expires and the code changes.
4. Enter the code in the form
Back on the form where you have to provide the code, you enter the current code displayed in your authenticator app. Make sure to input it before the code expires and changes to a new one.
5. Complete your log in
Once you’ve entered the correct 6-digit code, the portal will verify it and grant you access to your account. You’re now logged in!
