Go to the main portal login page at
https://sustainabilityportal.easa.europa.eu/Click on "Login to EASA Sustainability Portal".

One-time code for multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Once you've entered your credentials successfully, the site will present a second form which asks you to provide the authentication code from your authenticator app.

Open Your Authenticator App
Open the authenticator app on your phone (we recommend Google Authenticator, but there are other apps like, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy,...).When you open the app, it will show a 6-digit code next to the account you’ve set up when logging in the first time. This code changes every couple of seconds, so make sure that you have enough time to insert it in the form before the timer expires and the code changes.

Enter the code in the form
Back on the form where you have to provide the code, you enter the current code displayed in your authenticator app. Make sure to input it before the code expires and changes to a new one. -
Complete your log in
Once you’ve entered the correct 6-digit code, the portal will verify it and grant you access to your account. You’re now logged in!
