There are two main reasons why the submit button may be greyed out or unavailable:
1. Permission Issues
Only users with administrator permissions can submit reports. Users with member roles do not have this capability. To check your permissions and those of your colleagues:

Navigate to 'My Organisation' in the portal

Look for your role in the 'Role' column

If you don't have administrator rights, ask a colleague who is an administrator to update your role

2. Automated Checks and explanation missing
After uploading your data, the Sustainability portal conducts a series of automated checks to ensure data quality. Some of these checks may require explanations before you can submit the report.
Common reasons for failed checks include:

Missing data in required fields

Inconsistencies between related data points

Values outside of expected ranges
