How to ensure the aircraft operators accounts are setup correctly for data reporting?

For competent authorities.

An aircraft operator needs an active account to report data.

When inviting a user account, Aircraft operators need to follow the full account setup process(clicking on the verification link, etc ..) if this is not done, the account will not be in the active status.

How can I check if an operator has an active account?

  • Go to the relevant reporting period
  • Select the respective reporting period
  • Click on the filter 'Show aircraft operators who cannot report'
  • Click 'Filter'
  • Review the list of operators and see if the existing accounts are active or if new accounts need to be invited.

Tips for onboarding

Below are several tips on how to get an operator on board and ensure they can report.

I don't have a contact point for my operator, what can I do?

EASA might be able to help you get contact details.

  • Send an email to the EASA ReFuelEU MS Network functional inbox
  • In the email provide the following details
    • Aircraft operator name
    • CRCO CODE

Send reminder emails via the Sustainability Portal

In most cases, the operators have not completed the full account setup process, and the user accounts are still in an invited status.

  • Send a reminder email to individual users of an aircraft operator where the account is still in an invited status.
    • Go to the specific aircraft operator page
    • Find the users who still have the status 'invited'
    • In the last column, click on 'Send reminder email'
