Direct registration to the EASA Sustainability Portal is not possible. Access is granted through an invitation-only process.
Here's how you can obtain access as an aircraft operator.
-
Verify Eligibility
- Check if your organisation is within the scope of the next reporting period by visiting the ReFuelEU Aviation page on the European Commission's website
- And confirming your organisation's presence on the 'List of aircraft operators established pursuant to Article 2.4 and 3.3 of ReFuelEU Aviation'.
- This list also indicates your competent authority.
-
Internal Invitation
- If a colleague already has portal access with administrator permissions, request them to send you an invitation.
-
Competent Authority Invitation
- If no one in your organisation has portal access, contact your designated person at your competent authority.
- You can find your competent authority and contact details in the list of Competent Authorities of Member States, to be downloaded from the ReFuelEU Aviation page on the European Commission's website
- Request access to the EASA Sustainability Portal and provide your competent authority with the following details for the person requiring access: First name, last name, email. Ideally, this person is the administrator of your organisation and invites other members of the organisation themselves.
-
Account Verification
- Once you receive the invitation email, follow the instructions to verify and activate your account.
