Once you have successfully provided your username and password in the log-in form, you're presented with a form to provide a one-time password.
In this form, you are required to provide the one-time code that is presented to you when you open the authenticator app you have configured, the First time logging into the Sustainability Portal.
Please refer to How can I log in on the Sustainability Portal? for detailed steps on logging in.
If your code is not accepted..
- There's a chance you're using the recovery code that you should have stored the First time logging into the Sustainability Portal. This is a different code, intended to be able to recover your account (eg: no access to or loss of the device with the authenticator app)
- The code in the authenticator app is changed every few seconds. Make sure that the code did not change between inserting the code and submitting the form
