When a competent authority is reviewing a data submission of an aircraft operator and more information is needed, please follow the steps below.
- Navigate to data reporting
- Go to the respective data submission which has the status 'Submitted'
- Click 'Request amendment / information'
- Provide further details(Audit feedback and/or feedback supporting document) of what information is missing.
- Click 'Request amendment / information'
- The status of the submission will change from 'Submitted' to 'Needs more info'.
- The aircraft operators will be notified via the daily digest and will see the audit feedback you provided.
