As a competent authority I received a report however some information is missing, what can I do?

When a competent authority is reviewing a data submission of an aircraft operator and more information is needed, please follow the steps below.

  • Navigate to data reporting
  • Go to the respective data submission which has the status 'Submitted'
  • Click 'Request amendment / information'
  • Provide further details(Audit feedback and/or feedback supporting document) of what information is missing.
  • Click 'Request amendment / information'
  • The status of the submission will change from 'Submitted' to 'Needs more info'.
  • The aircraft operators will be notified via the daily digest and will see the audit feedback you provided.
