When a competent authority is reviewing a data submission of an aircraft operator and more information is needed, please follow the steps below.
- Navigate to data reporting
- Go to the respective data submission which has the status 'Submitted'
- Click 'Request more info'
- Provide further details(Audit feedback and/or feedback supporting document) of what information is missing.
- Click 'Request amendment / information'
- The status of the submission will change from 'Submitted (needs audit)' to 'In progress(ready for submission)'.
- The aircraft operators will be notified and will see the audit feedback you provided.
Aircraft operator to make changes to the submission
- Now the aircraft operator will be able to upload new data by clicking 'Upload new data' at the bottom of the data submission screen(below the error report) or make any changes to the submission.
