EASA would like to see the FEL communicated on as many different platforms as possible and is actively engaging with 3rd party ticket, search and data providers to support industry-wide distribution.

The regulation requires the aircraft operator to display the label at all points of purchase including those with a contractual relationship, and encourages operators to make efforts with third parties without a contractual relationship with the aircraft operator to participate in the display of the FEL to passengers. In practice, this means that all companies aircraft operator contracts for resale are required to display, those without a contractual resale relationship are encouraged to display.
