If you are no longer involved in the ReFuelEU Aviation or Flight Emissions Label regulations, you should not maintain active access and receive emails from the Sustainability Portal. To ensure data reporting obligations and accurate user management, you cannot delete your own account directly. Instead, please contact your colleagues or your Competent Authority (CA) to have your access removed by following the instruction below.
For Aircraft Operators:
Contact the primary contact within your organisation to have your profile removed.
Alternatively, request your Competent Authority to remove your access.
For Competent Authorities:
Contact the primary contact within your organisation to have your profile removed.
Alternatively, request EASA to remove your access.
