For competent authorities only.
An aircraft operator needs an active admin account to report data under Article 8.
When inviting a user account, these follow-up steps need to be done:
- Competent authority needs to make the account an admin account as only admin accounts can report.
- Aircraft operators need to follow the full account setup process(clicking on the verification link, etc ..) if this is not done, the account will remain in invited status.
